Overall, this is an excellent monitor in terms of image clarity and color reproduction. In particular, it's a great monitor to use with a Mac Mini Intel that's having trouble with its HDMI connection. A bad thing, a very bad thing, is disorientation. Not just plug-n-play for HDMI or USB-C. There are no printed instructions on how to select the correct input on the monitor, or a warning about selecting the correct output on the computer. The sound quality is minimal. Very high highs, no mids typical of a normal voice and definitely no bass sound quality. But otherwise the quality is excellent.

The new Asus monitor works great. I connected it to my Apple Macbook Pro M1 and Surface Pro 8 as a monitor and power. Both laptops, not at the same time, can be charged and used as an external monitor. For those who have doubts or leave negative feedback, be sure to get the USB4 USB C Cable 40Gbps/100W Support Cable. I use the 100w version; I believe 64 watts should work (unconfirmed). Bought 2 for my wife's new Apple Mac mini. Since the Mini only has one HDMI port, I had to use a USB-C connection. I tried using some C connectors, I had to charge other electronics and I couldn't get the second monitor to work. My son came and told me I need a USB-C data cable. He handed me one of his work, I pocketed it and the other monitor lit up immediately. My wife is very picky and she has had no complaints about these monitors. My only complaint is that I don't remember the instructions

Only 60Hz on a 1920x1080 display. Only 1 mode available for 75Hz refresh in 1024x mode. Very disappointing, no better than using the TV to play games.

Bought two of these. One of them had a burned out lightbulb. I went through the RMA process twice (USDAN80011 + USDAN50623) and both times it said the repair was complete, the monitor was returned and it was still defective. I started researching what I could do and found literally (yes, I know how to use the word) HUNDREDS of similar complaints. I hope all your issues are resolved during the Revain return period.

I bought this monitor not knowing what to expect. Well I was very happy with what I got. This picture quality is excellent. The price was very reasonable and the options are great. Recommend this product.

This device is listed with speakers. It is not. It also doesn't connect to my MacBook Air. It just doesn't show up as powered on and/or connected to a MacBook Air via a USB-C cable. It's junk and nobody should buy it.

Doesn't explain what USB-C is needed. Given that most of the one-star reviews on this product relate to this issue, it seems sensible if they either include the correct USB-C cable or explain which one is needed.

I love this razor sharp monitor. I especially like the grainy feel and texture of the base. Super stable and easy to rotate, tilt and rotate 90 degrees vertically. Excellent price. I can't say anything bad. Easy on the eyes

If you have one of the new Asus Zenbook Pro 15, this display will not work. You'd think Asus would make it compatible with all of their products, but apparently not the new: 12th Gen 120Hz/0.2ms Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.30GHz

It replaced a 2004 24-inch Asus that was starting to do some weird things. I can't be happier. I don't know anything about games, we use it for real work. The picture is incredibly sharp, much sharper than the 8 year old monitor it replaced. Clarity for working with documents, editing, having two at once - 5 stars. I mention this because this information is very difficult to find in reviews: they are always about games. Has 75 refresh so it could probably be a waste of time playing video games…

I don't like playing games and working with spreadsheets on the laptop screen. It's perfect for connecting to my laptop for working on big screens.

I'm sensitive to light, so strong blue light can give me migraines. These screens are the best I've seen for reducing eye strain and ultimately preventing unwarranted migraines. I suggest my colleagues consider them for their work environments.
