I bought two monitors and took the time to set them up on a stand as a dual monitor. The monitor looks and feels good, but the USB-C ports don't work. I called the customer service center and after a few tries I managed to reach tech support who also couldn't help. They must test their product before releasing it. If you are using Apple, USB-C ports will not work with MacBook Air 2021, Macmini and MacBook Pro. I have also used other cables. The monitor works well with HDMI input.

I like this monitor for the picture quality, but sometimes I can hardly hear it, the sound is very weak. That surprised me.

I really like the monitor so far. I really needed an HDMI USB-C/Thunderbolt cable to make it work, so I recommend getting one of those if you're having trouble with a basic USB-C connection. I adjusted the blue light setting a bit, but otherwise didn't break the original screen settings. The picture seems very clear and I was able to see a very adorable baby seal playing in the snow. In case it helps, my computer is an HP Envy x360. Not sure if connecting HDMI to USB-C/Thunderbolt will help…

Beautiful and bright! Viewing angles are great and the 75Hz refresh rate makes gaming faster than a 60Hz panel. Colors are definitely not the most accurate and vivid, for the money this is a great panel.

I just replaced my 22" monitor with this 27" model. Wow! It's much more convenient to read the text on the screen. Why have I waited so long? There was nothing to install. I just unplugged one and plugged in the other.

This item arrived quickly and was exactly as described. I was concerned that the base would be heavy enough to pivot, pan, and tilt. It is wonderful! Easy to use and very durable. Image quality is as expected. All in all, this is a great deal for a great monitor. And BuyVPC delivers what it promises. Highly recommended.

I've gotten it before, I should have known something was wrong when it wasn't even in the manufacturer's packaging. Upon opening it, I noticed a few chips and scratches on the screen. I will definitely come back, I hope the next one will not be in the same condition.

I love this monitor! I bought 2 of these to use immediately. I really like how it goes up and down, the screen rotates and tilts back and forth too so you can adjust it for your comfort. Plus, it's compatible with Surface Pro and MacBook Pro! I would recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a well adjustable monitor.

Just opened out of the box. It charges the MacBook Pro via USB-C, but that's about it. Does not work as a monitor. Absolutely useless.

Great monitor. Bought used but looks like new. You can feel it - the packaging is intact, couldn't be cleaner etc. A lot of money saved. Would buy again.

Such a waste of time! I never write reviews, but it annoys me that companies like ASUS refuse to be honest about compatibility. I have a 13" MacBook Pro that just needs a resolution that this monitor doesn't provide. No amount of touch up or troubleshooting is going to fix this. While I hope this will save someone else time and money, I'm really pissed, that I wasted it

I bought it on July 17th, on August 22nd (literally a week after it could be returned) the pixels on the screen started dying.

I have bought many ASUS monitors and many ASUS computer parts. I just keep it for the store monitor, which it's good for. Only HDMI cable included. I'm sorry to say ASUS, but you should bring this monitor home as soon as possible. The computer scientist is 42 years old and I know what I'm talking about. As far as I know other ASUS monitors are fine and have served me well over the years. I'd rather pay more and get a good monitor

I really like these new monitors. The clarity and brightness is unreal. It's hard to believe I've waited this long to replace my old monitors. This is important if you spend time working behind monitors. Great monitor for the price.

Excellent quality! The base is not fixed so be careful when moving it, but for excellent image quality this is normal. Thanks for attention.
