I used to have a Magic Fly starter machine. It had tension issues, didn't sew a lot of flimsy materials, didn't have reverse seams, I decided to move on to something better. I have a full sized machine but wanted a small portable quilting machine that I can take to our church quilting group. This car is way better. I like the magnetic bottom coil. It has reverse stitches, has twelve stitches, and has some adjustable stitch lengths. Easy to set up. It works with light and heavy materials. It's slightly larger but easy to carry and has a small footprint. I can have my car and iron next to each other.
