Review on 🪑 Grayson Weathered Wood Barstool: Elegant Grey and Brass Design by Christopher Knight Home by Andrew Arneson

The stool is well made, durable and attractive. The swivel works perfectly, goes up and down without any problems. They came complete. The order went through without any problems. Delivery was fast, well packaged, nothing wrinkled or broken. I only have two complaints: I bought it as a counter stool because the advert said 'bar/counter stool' and I really liked the design. They sit a little high to be used as bar stools and I wish the neck was a few inches shorter so it could be lowered further for adult use. Grandchildren sit normally, but as an adult you are slightly bent and sitting in this position for long periods is uncomfortable. Secondly the seat is a little slippery as it has a smooth wooden surface but you can also see the fibers in the wood and I have found that I always have to pull the back of the seat very hard but this can be solved with cushions. that I want to buy. I really like the overall look and style and it matches my desk and existing oak cabinets. I think it complements them well. For those who might ask, I'm not sure if the seats are real oak, but I turned them over and it looks like real wood as I can see some knots on the underside of the seats. It looks like they have a very very light fill that makes the grain of the wood more visible and looks a bit greyish, but it suits me!
