Clutch button not working

Hey guys I would like some help here because the clutch button is not working, it's stuck on level 3 and it seems wrong. Also, when I press it to change the clicker level, it seems to me that there are loose parts inside. Please help me with this because I don't feel like using it on my bike, thanks.
