I love experimenting with a wide range of gel polishes when in the mood for a polish. Of course, looking at these gels, you understand that you need a UV lamp for manicure. There are no instructions for use on the box, but I'll repeat my tried and true method below. The real plus of this set is that it already includes a base and a top. You will need one more accessory - a bonder. I've included clickable links to the recommended products below. These gels are very well priced considering how much I paid for basic polishes, not to mention base and top coats. There are no removal instructions on the packaging. Yes, the polishing is removed, but from experience it's not that easy. Very good selection of color gels that I would recommend. APPLICATION: 1) Properly prepare nails and cuticles. If you don't do this, the bonder and polish won't hold up well. 2) Apply a layer of Ez Flow TruGel Bond-It-On and let it dry completely. You can do all your nails and thumbs at this point. 3) Apply the base coat to four fingers (you do the thumbs separately). Make sure you do the nail tips. 4) Cure all four fingers in your manicure lamp for 1 minute (I value my time here). 5) Repeat the process on the other side. 6) You should do your thumbs separately to make sure they cure properly. 7) Apply two base coats to the thumbs. Make sure you paint over the tips of your nails. 8) Put both thumbs under the nail lamp for one minute. Flatten them for best results. 9) Apply the chosen gel nail polish to your nails. These color gels are designed to be used in a nail lamp. 10) Cure all four fingers in a manicure lamp for 90 seconds. Apply the gel polish of your choice to the miniature nails. Make sure you brush over the edges of your nail tips. 14) Place both thumbs under the manicure lamp for 90 seconds. Press them evenly for best results. 15) Apply a second coat by repeating the process. 16) Apply a layer of Coat by repeating the same process including curing under an LED lamp for 90 seconds.
