Good for soccer in sports shorts
I bought a small one and the pressure from the belt on my 32" waist is noticeable but not intrusive. In general, I don't like mesh insoles, so I decided to cut them out. I immediately felt better when the liner was removed. The stretchy material gives your feet plenty of freedom of movement, even with padding.
