🩳 ASICS Men's X Large Performance Shorts for Active Wear Review

I bought these to wear to Color Run. I will definitely need to wear compression shorts underneath as they are fairly sheer, maybe even more sheer when wet or sweaty. They have a lining (dark grey). They are made of very pleasantly soft jersey. They fit well so I'm happy with them.

male/5'10/185/medium height. Fits as expected with room around the waist. You can lounge around the house in these shorts, but no more. I tried to run 4 miles in it and by the end of the run my thighs were very sore. The light and see-through material just meant the shorts would slide and rub right up against my thigh. I bought a small one and the pressure from the belt on my 32" waist is noticeable but not intrusive. In general, I don't like mesh insoles, so I decided to cut them out. I immediately felt better when the liner was removed. The stretchy material gives your feet plenty of freedom of movement, even with padding.

These are my new favorite pair of running shorts, especially this time of spring when a little extra protection is needed. Some people complain about the lack of a key pocket, but that doesn't bother me as I just clip the key ring to the drawstring waist. The seller received the goods on time and in good condition. Would do business with this seller again.

Not much is left to the imagination but I wanted short shorts that were light weight and lined. This is compliant. I only use them to sleep on camping trips. They're great for that. My XL pair weighs 134 g or 4.72 oz. Appears to be normal quality. I expect that they will be used by you for many years.

Bought to try as the price was lower than most of my other running shorts at the time. I have several Asics clothes and I usually wear small clothes in their shirts and pants/tights but I went with the medium one as I wanted a looser fit and they fit great. Definitely feels more like polyester than other shorts I own. There are no pockets, but an insert. I would buy again at the right price.
