Nice modern pen set. Looks very good and was easy to assemble. It works very smoothly. If I had any recommendations it would be that the measurements should be available online in more detail. I'm assuming this applies to a fresh install but might work for an upgrade as well, but we need more info. It looked like it would fit my current door, but was actually 1/2 inch longer. This meant I had to drill a second hole for the bottom of the handle. Not much and luckily the plate covered it, but if I knew I would have agreed in advance to drill a hole and properly plug the existing hole. Since I needed to install it immediately, all I had to do was cover the old hole with sealant. A hole template for the doorway would also help as both holes were larger than the existing holes. It's disappointing that I was concerned that this could all be a problem and looked for this information on seller and manufacturer websites but couldn't find anything. If I had known I would have been better prepared and not messed around.
