It is COLD in New England and we are trying to keep heating costs low so I bought the Navy Blue for one room (3 big windows). I love them! When it is very cold we close the curtains to keep heat from escaping. They are heavy weight, lined with black fabric and the Navy looks far more luxurious than the cost. We have two other 'cold' rooms so I bought the dark brown for a bedroom, and the Burgundy for a sun porch (to keep the cold out/warm inside). I love the richness of the burgundy color, it is my favorite so far. They are easy to open and close and once pressed (they do come wrinkled and need steaming/pressing) they look wonderful. Highly recommend these for any room. The dark brown looks like regular brown, it looks fine and does a great job of keeping the sun out of the bedroom too.
