I really like my case, I received pink and it looks just like the picture, it's sturdy, easy to plug in and unplug the charger as I had problems with others. The store has great customer service, I thought my hanging strap wasn't in my package when it arrived because I couldn't see it. So I messaged them straight away and they immediately replied that they would send me one. But as it turns out I didn't look good in the box so I checked and the strap was there. I sent them a message to let them know I found it. They understood very well what I liked and I'm glad they even agreed to send me the strap. Thank you SUPFIVES.
