After trying this product, I must say that its a total waste of money.Despite being a "neutral soap", it left my tattoo feeling dry and itchy. The foam formula was difficult to apply and rinsed off poorly. The only good thing I can say is that it's CRUELTY-FREE. In terms of effectiveness this product did not live up to its claims.
