Good: Sturdy with enough pockets to store various items like tape measure. I bought it for a 90 piece Craftsman tool kit that had a custom blow-out case that was too big to fit in my Jeep's spare tire well. This takes up what is left and fits perfectly into the available space. Bad: nothing significant. Five stars.
