Disappointing. for household goods
I bought 2 pieces: this one and one from Mrs. Brog. This didn't turn on. I've tried bleeding it but the butane is coming out of the valve and very little comes out. When I had enough fuel to light it, it hissed and the flame was very weak. Even turning the bottom screw didn't change the flame or hiss. The other, Mrs. Brog, didn't turn around either. Filled with butane, no problems. The flames are so powerful I almost singed my eyebrows expecting a low flame like the product I'm reviewing. It's not even worth sending it back. outside of Raven.
