Review on Interbrand by William Hood

I like how simple it makes everything for me to understand my competitors' products & services in comparison with our own product or service! It also gives us an insight into what people think about their brands when they search online by keywords such as 'competitor'. Sometimes there are many results returned which can be overwhelming (especially if you're not sure where your business stands). There's nothing major i dislike at this point though so far its been great!! Definitely worth using - helps improve understanding of customers/customer behaviour towards competitor businesses /brands etc..
