Great resource and platform, even better customer relations
I love how easy it is for me as an end user of their service to find agencies that are relevant to my needs by searching through different categories in one place! It's also super helpful when there isn't much information available about certain types or brands - so this helps fill those gaps too! The only thing i dislike at times is sometimes they don't have all possible options listed (such as if your looking for something specific) but overall great tool!! If anything would be improved upon its being able to filter out results with no ratings/reviews from customers which could make things easier for clients who want quick answers without having to look elsewhere first.
We use them mainly just to get ideas from other companies we can compare our own work against- helping us choose what direction to go next in terms of projects we're working on currently.
