Review on 💧 High-performance GE RPWFE Refrigerator Water Filter - Clean & Pure Water Guaranteed by Gerald Hill

UPDATE: I have submitted the following review for publication on the GE website. Denied Publicity: GE's claim that these water filters are the most expensive water filters GE has made in the last six months is simply false advertising. We bought these filters from Revain.com and Home Depot and found them to last no more than two and a half months and there's only two people in our family. And New York City's filtered water is some of the cleanest water in the United States ("Billion Dollar Investment in New York Water," NY Times, January 18, 2018). Our outrageously expensive GE Cafe Line refrigerator has become an even more expensive liability, now gobbles up over $300 a year on water filters, instead of GE's $100 claim. not least. The first two GE filters I bought from Revain stopped working after three months - a full three months short of GE's promised six month lifespan. The last filter I bought and installed on April 18 has already stopped working. Water will now flow from the water dispenser in the refrigerator door. That means this last filter took less than two months! Oddly enough, the GE water filter that came with the fridge actually lasted the full six months as stated in the GE owner's manual. I'm not sure why these replacement filters just don't work as promised.
