I have been using this soapy sponge for many years. I originally bought it because it was cheap and I was a poor college student at the time. Years later, I still use it because of its amazing simplicity. When all you need is a good, simple clean, this bar will get the job done. Among all those colorful bottles and tubes of different scents, colors, scrubs, and specialty ingredients, I find the simplest, most straightforward facial cleanser: trusty, old-fashioned soap. If you just need to wash the dirt and oil off your skin after a long day, this soap will get the job done, and it will do the trick. Add extra moisture, but sometimes all I need is a plain old wash.
