Review on AgCinect by Paul Dobson

The software is easy to use for beginners as well as experts. I like that it has the option to enter sales by product or by location. It also has an excellent customer service department if you have any questions along the way. My only issue is that there are some fields that don't always update correctly when entering new information into the system. For example, our shipping address does not automatically change when we move locations so sometimes these addresses will not be updated until manually changing them in the database. We also do not receive emails stating updates to our account which would make finding errors easier. This was one piece of inventory management that wasn't working properly before switching over to this program. Now everything works great! Our manager can easily access all of our accounts within agcinect allowing us to quickly manage our finances and keep track of what products are selling where at each facility.
