The company is a scammer. There is no way to contact them.
In the end everything. And ebay did not help. They would not make an exception for a refund. One month is not enough for the shoe to break, so it becomes "non-refundable". I deserve a refund.

- Great look and the color was perfect. It will be good to break

- From minimal arch support to no arch support at all. After I put in an expensive insole, they fit better and could be worn every day.
