Very light and comfortable. Run and squat. You hardly feel them! They are a bit small and not for the shy. My wife loved them but I would probably order a size up to avoid getting arrested for obscenity! 😂😂 This size is suitable for home workouts or runs. I'm 6ft 1in, 210lbs, waist 34/36, average build with a hint of "daddy body" that's not going anywhere at the moment. 👎 Hope this helps! UPDATE: Raising the stars to 5 because this has become my short workout. I am about to order a third pair. Should probably just replace all my others at this point as I've found I'm more likely to wash so I have a clean pair of these rather than wear my other Fabletics crap clean and ready to go! Ha! I changed my mind about the sizes as they are very comfortable without being in the way and it only took me a minute to get over the feeling of being naked because of the shorter length. 👍Update #2 I replaced all my workout shorts with these. I love her! Great for leg day. Stretch when you need it and just stay off the road.
