I have been dealing with an exclusive dryer for almost 5 years. I use as many reusable items as possible and have rags for almost every single necessities around the house. I wash for two. I ordered 2 of these devices. I've only used them for washing for 2 weeks but those are my first thoughts. So far they appear to be a well-made product, but I'm concerned that if I put too much weight on the stand extensions, the connection might break. Also disappointed that the tiers on this shelf are not spaced far enough apart (not enough height) to hang towels on multiple tiers without disturbing the tier below or the towels touching the floor (for the bottom tier). This means I can really only hang 8 of my towels (or 16 pants, or pants and towel combo) on one of these hangers at a time, rendering one tier (8 rods) almost useless. The little handles swinging on either side with little holes for hangers are a great idea in terms of concept and I love that I don't have a lot of t-shirts hanging in my doors but the holes are VERY close together. They are too close for efficient drying. T-shirts in every other hole seem about right spacing, but something larger (hoodies/pants) should be in every third. Crossbars work well for small items that don't hang too low, like socks, kitchen towels, and shorts. I currently live in a fairly small space so I was really hoping the design would fit my space better. The footprint is only slightly smaller than a fully extended device (which makes sense since you don't want it tipping over). All in all, this is a definite improvement over my previous system. This included the strategic draping of towels over doors and closets. Unfortunately I prefer to only wash once a week and still need more space for larger laundry items (towels/trousers) although I ordered two of these and already have a fully collapsible 9 bar hamper.
