Fits and is easy to identify Collars

I bought this for my 90lb German Shepherd. It adapts perfectly to his neck. (I'm an epileptic and he's my service dog. I've tried different types of vests on him but they chafed his skin.) It slips while he's wearing it, but it's still noticeable. I was told that he is not yet an adult, he is just over 1 year old. If it grows, I still have the opportunity to adjust the collar. Great way to get to know him!
