I bought this cable to connect the Roland Studio Capture Interface to my MacBook Pro. I use it to record directly into Logic Pro. The sound quality is excellent and the transmission speed is excellent. I have no problems recording. I have a full kit drum kit with a mic, so I record with 12 XLR inputs. There is no noticeable lag or noise floor. At this price you can't beat it.
