Delivered on 05/01/21 only. So far it's a great buy for the money. It was easy to set up and properly organize the charging of all my devices. I had three iPhones (11 and 12), an Apple Watch, an Apple AirPods, and an iPad Air, all charging at the same time. I even replaced one of the iPhones with a Fire tablet and they all charge at the same time. My iPhones use OtterBox cases and they fit great, but if you have one of those baby cases on your Fire tablet it will need to be removed so it can sit on the charger. If you have a bulky AirPods case, don't worry, you can just pull the cable up a bit, insert the AirPods case and then press down while sliding it back onto the AirPods (see video). So far I don't hear any buzzing or notice any hot spots. I wish they had included 4 Apple cables instead of just 3. I opted for the 3 included cables for the external USB ports, I think that makes it better in terms of cable management. You also need to use your own cable to charge your watch. I decided to use my own AirPod cable. Don't worry, there's plenty of room in the bottom compartment to store extra cables. It is assumed that one of the three included cables is used to connect the AirPod. They also provided a micro USB and a USB-C cable.
