Will not work with Rad mini (version 4) by Rad Power Bikes
I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to judge it as it just doesn't fit my bike, the M10 version does (the largest offered by Kryptonite) is too small to fit on the Rad Mini's rear axle, which I assume is 12mm. Call the Rad Power Bike Build Help Desk and ask them.
