For the average person using 1 speaker for a party it's not too bad. You can connect it to your smartphone or computer and you'll get pretty decent sound. Bluetooth TWS stereo mode will be more difficult to use. You can follow the instructions and get a true wireless bluetooth stereo that sounds really good. Now there are 2 problems. First, no matter what you do, Bluetooth doesn't have the frequency response of wired stereo no matter what. The second issue I've found is that the wireless network setup can be vulnerable as it can get confused when turned off and make it difficult to reconnect depending on the setup you're using. You can just come home from work to listen to music and lose the Bluetooth connection and 10 minutes of work to reinstall and reconnect everything. Since I like the best sound and the least fuss, I went with the wired setup. I place my speakers where they have the best frequency response in the room. Using a wired setup is more reliable and sounds better due to better frequency response. I also run a Behringer equalizer with my laptop to get the best possible sound and the equalizer also has a built in amplifier that gives a stronger output that doesn't lose bass at higher volumes. (Sometimes the sound chips of an on-board computer or smartphone simply cannot transmit sound). To use in wired mode: 1. Turn on both speakers at the same time. 2. Immediately connect the cable to the AUX input of one speaker and the AUX output of the other speaker. After 10-15 seconds you will hear "Left Channel" and "Right Channel" speakers. 3. Connect your computer or equalizer cable to the remaining speaker's AUX input. NOTE: You may hear a loud hum until you connect everything, or you may hear a loud hum when you turn off your computer. To stop this, simply press the power button on either speaker. It sounds like it could be a lot of work, and it could be, but it will result in a rock-solid sound coming out of $400 speakers ringing out every beat. as good as a $2000-3000 stereo but many times cheaper and tiny in size. If you are super picky about your audio with the above setup and want a really great sound system at a very low price, I recommend this setup. Plus, for outdoor parties, you can still unplug everything, take it outside, and use it in Bluetooth TWS mode. You get the best of both worlds. I highly recommend this product. In addition, the customer support is excellent. They helped me a lot with a hardwired setup. EDIT: I had an issue with the speakers as I keep these speakers in the sleeping area and sometimes even when listening to music I like to do that. with the light off in the room. And when I sleep, I prefer a dark room. Unfortunately, you have to turn off the power completely to turn off the speaker LED, and that can be tricky. So I contacted Abramtek and asked them if there was a way to turn off the speaker LED. They contacted me after a day and said they would create a custom version of the firmware for me. 3 days later they emailed me with a link to do just that and instructions on how to upgrade. I followed the instructions and after 15 minutes I was listening to music with the speaker LED off. Once you do that you can no longer turn on the LEDs, but that's fine with me. In any case, I prefer speakers with the LED off. I think he looks cooler. I have to say I am VERY impressed with Abramtek. Just to think that they would create a custom version of the firmware to make such a change for a client is amazing. This is GREAT customer service! Abramtek also told me if anyone would like a custom firmware version to turn off the LEDs just contact their support team and they will help you, AMAZING!
