This worked for me! for fillers, adhesives and sealants

Helped me. I had a 3 inch long crack in the black plastic cup of my radiator on my 2006 Subaru Impreza. It was spewing coolant after I drove and there was smoke coming out from under the hood, I believe because coolant was getting onto other hot engine components and burning. I left the car overnight first to make sure it was completely cold and there was no pressure in the system. I then wiped the area with a damp paper towel and dried with a dry paper towel. I then hand sanded it with a small piece of 100 grit sandpaper until the surface was rough. I then blew the dust off and wiped it down again with paper towels making sure it was dry. I then cut my fiber optic mesh to size. I only used about 2/3 the length and 2/3 the width of the fiberglass mesh. I was then given a piece of corrugated cardboard about 6 inches by 6 inches. Then, putting on rubber gloves, I cut off the corners of both bags of epoxy and spread about half the black epoxy and half the white epoxy onto the cardboard as two separate drops. I then mixed it very quickly with a popsicle stick until it was a uniform gray color and then quickly layered onto the crack and everything around it, little more than a piece of fiberglass. I then applied the fiberglass mesh and pressed it lightly into the epoxy. I then applied a final coat of epoxy which quickly covered the fiberglass mesh completely. I have half of the epoxy left unused in the bags. I tested it after about 5 minutes and it solidified and solidified. After 4 hours it was still sticky, but after about 6 hours it no longer felt sticky. Just in case, I waited until the next day to get behind the wheel. Epoxy feels as hard as a plastic heatsink. As long as nothing flows, everything is clean and dry. I drive my car every day as usual. At first I wasn't sure if it would work, but I was pleasantly surprised that it worked. Will try to update this if it leaks in the future. It's definitely worth it for me as the car is getting old and has other issues and I didn't want to invest too much money. Hope this works well for you too.
