I recently bought this and been using it during my Zumba classes or when I go to the gym. Im already seeing results in a month and lost one inch from my waist. It will make you sweat in the stomach area. I was cautious at first but gave it a try, its working. I love this trainer and will continue to use it. I highly recommend it. Once I find a old picture before working out for about a month, I will post a where my stomach is now. This is my best friend. Thank you for this product.
