I don't often write long reviews, but I love how our project turned out. I had doubts about the shipping costs but my order arrived in five days. We made three 9ft garlands and two wreaths. As others have said, this project is messy so be prepared to cut out the plastic. Remember, this herd needs to stick together, and it will! It was a windy day so we did it in the garage. As it is intended for gluing we changed into older clothes and used the face mask as instructed. We didn't use a small hand held sprayer, my husband bought a pump sprayer which can be used to kill weeds in the garden etc and set it up to spray. I also found that a colander works best. The work went much faster. Spray the water well and sift onto the flock, spray again etc until you get the desired effect. We also drove in heavy snowfall to look at the fir branches, sometimes harder, sometimes lighter. I also sprinkled some areas with my hands. Everything dried up in less than a day. When we brought the garlands inside, there was a minimum of dust, which was a surprise! The result was wonderful. I highly recommend this product. There was only a third to a half left in the two-pound sack. It can also be done by one person.
