I thought I was deeply disappointed or think this was the best purchase I have ever made. It's not the best buy, but it's definitely amazing. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. Our tiled ceiling in the shower room hadn't been cleaned in a long time - mainly because I didn't know how to clean it. I got it, charged it overnight, sprayed some cleaner on the ceiling and WOW! Removed the accumulated dirt, cleaned the grout and looks great! I've played with all of the brushes - the pointed one works great in crevices and crevices. The stick feels good in the hand - not too heavy and not too light. The charge will hold after multiple uses (estimated 5 times for 10 minutes each). A few things that might help: 1) Don't push too hard if there is pressure. Let the brushes do their thing. If you press it doesn't work either. 2) Push the wand in the direction you want it to go. Going against the flow of the brush will make it a lot harder and/or the wand will bounce a lot (probably causing people to press harder). Move in the direction of the brush flow and it becomes smooth and easy. 3) Use some cleaning product (blob wipes etc.) with a brush and it's amazing. 4) Some have mentioned that the bristles (especially a pointed brush) can get quite wobbly after a while - that's true. I poured almost boiling water over it and smoothed the stubble - took 2 times but looks almost new. I have used it in our tiled shower and bathtub and it has removed water stains, grout and tiles. Definitely a great buy!
