Waste of money on vitamins, minerals and supplements

This is in the form of a hard tablet. When I buy something like this, I grind it into a powder with a mortar and pestle, which I then sprinkle over my food. The last time I bought this product, it crumbled into powder very easily. This time it was as hard as stone and impossible to crush completely. Anyone who swallows it whole will find it comes out the other end whole.
