The tubes are supplied in gloss white with no decals allowing you to color match them to your vehicle prior to installation if desired. I used a self-etch primer as a primer to allow the paint to adhere to the metal and then applied several coats of acrylic. You can add optional Rancho decals to let others know what shocks/struts you are using. Installation is simple: remove the old shocks per your vehicle's owner's manual, then install the Ranchos shocks and torque to their specifications. Travel is comparable to the factory OEM shocks they replaced. In my case they were installed on a 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK. Whether on or off road, they deliver as promised.
