Although I have struggled to get acceptable prints, the Remi team always answered my questions and even sent another set of prints so I could get a quality night watchman set. After the prints were dropped off at the post office, it took about 3 weeks for the night watchmen to arrive. It would be nice if Remy sent proof of receipt of the prints and an estimated time frame to make the wait easier. After about a week of using the whitening gel, my smile was visibly brighter without the uncomfortable feeling that most whitening products cause. I am pleased to see my gum recessions improving after a few months of use.
