Pros: It was incredibly easy to install, even for my 11 year old. Our guinea pig seemed to know what to do with her right away. We put it next to the new hay trough and our guinea pig loves to sit in the trough and eat the hay. Cons: You need something to remove the label. It is attached to the tray with a strip of heavy duty tape/glue. I had to use the slime with a butter knife along with hot soap and water to finally wipe it off. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I still scratched the plastic from the butter knife. So much, much effort to remove a strip of glue.
