This printer has potential, needs further testing and updates or will be gone soon. I was disappointed and wasted a lot of time by following the instructions that came with it first. I was able to get support via Whatsapp who helped me with the setup. After a few weeks of use, there were times when I really liked it. There were some glitches, but they aren't bothersome as they're fixed quickly. It also prints well (print quality). I printed about 100 labels at once and it broke. It stopped typing and making noises like a broken motor, so I sent it back and took Rollo. Also, it consumes too much power. My electricity bill went up by €200.
