October 2020 I had problems (on my side) with setting up this printer, customer service was great! They reacted immediately and quickly. If you're having trouble, I suggest going to the Aobio website to speak to the support team directly. They went above and beyond to figure out what my problem was for about 45 minutes. This is a terrible printer, the image quality faded even after adjusting the dim setting to 15 (maximum). It should also be "smart" and automatically read the label size after you hold the button down for a few seconds until it beeps, but it forgets the size very quickly and starts jamming and/or printing off-center, and you need open the top to remove the label, otherwise it will tear.
