The "new" turtleneck we ordered was obviously used. Not only used, but also well washed. The washing instruction label sewn inside is faded and wrinkled, like shirts you've washed at least a dozen times. There were no paper labels attached to the shirt. No doubt it was a used shirt, sold as "new". It was a good reminder of why I hate Revain. Because of this, I try my best to avoid them as much as possible. The items you receive are very often NOT as advertised.
