It's not the manufacturer's fault but the overcasting foot came a little bent. It was sent in a bubble envelope and the envelope was crushed by something heavy. It was mounted on a sewing machine anyway, and although it was tilted slightly to the left and the wrong side seemed lower than the right, with a zigzag stitch as wide as possible, everything worked fine. The needle was dangerously close to the edge of the hole on the left, but barely got through. The resulting cloud cover looked normal.
