Not a direct replacement for 2015 Forester OEM Lever

Original OEM lever fits tapered splined shaft on wiper motor axle. The new lever has a metal face only at the attachment point. It seems soft enough that I only tightened the nut really hard to get the wedges into the metal of the pot, but if the lever ever got stuck on ice it would likely slip off the shaft. See photo of the original hand. I don't know if I have the right hand or not. See OEM hand image.
