I have used this jack 4 times. It works. However, I found one thing odd: the push rod is not centered over the base plate. You can see it in the picture they posted here. This puts the weight on the edge of the baseplate. I think it's normal for it to be like this, but it just seems weird. This causes the device to tip over slightly. Obviously this is by design and it would probably be disadvantageous if the load were concentrated over the base plate. After all, the point of contact with the car does not go straight up, but in an arc.
