I used this product after stabilizing and enlarging my breasts a bit. I've always been very shy about my chest, even when I was in fantastic shape. I have a little gynecologist who keeps me looking very feminine in the summer months. I've been taking it for a little under a month and it has reduced the swelling in my nipples at the gym and pool, among other things. Although I originally bought this just hoping it would help my chest area, reading other reviews has given my drive at the gym a little boost. The cardio was insane - after about a week of using it, when I normally felt pumped up after running about 3 miles, I ran 8 miles in the shortest time I've ever done. I'm not exactly sure what's in this product, but it works.
