Stapled packaging. Apparently already open. Died on arrival. Tries to turn on the battery. Tried two new batteries. All used batteries have been tested. All batteries are fully charged. All buttons on the device pressed. All buttons on the device pressed. Tried pressing a few keys. You know what helps. if the Chinese actually write the instructions in! ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE. BAD DEADPOINT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS? WHY DO YOU SHIP BLANK ITEMS? ALSO BASED ON ALL OTHER ONE STAR RATINGS, IT LOOKS LIKE THEY SEW A NON-WORKING UNIT AND RETURNED IT RIGHT TO THE SHELF BY SELLING IT TO ME.
