My granddaughter gave this candle making kit 4 1/2 stars out of 5. She is very happy about the beautiful jars with an Egyptian pattern, small and with a lid. The kit includes 4 bags of white wax beads and lots of wicks. The kit does not include a thermometer to measure the temperature of the wax, which the instructions say must be melted to 70 degrees, but keep an eye on it. then, when melting, remove from the stove, once everything is liquefied. It also comes with a metal crucible and easy-to-follow picture instructions. Half a star off because the wax smells. Also, keep in mind that the candles aren't scented, but other than that, she recommends a kit. She enjoyed making thank you candles for her teachers this weekend. Have fun and a great gift idea!
