Gotta Love Milwaukee! I used to use an on/off toggle switch model until an employee destroyed it for abuse. This time I went with the shift paddle and I'm glad I did. Thing is so powerful that pit switch makes it much better and safer. Now you can hold the tool with both hands and apply it to the workpiece while it is switched on. And if it gets out of control, it turns itself off as soon as it leaves your hand. I plan to have this for a long time.
