I bought this swimsuit in my second trimester and it fits great. I think if you want it to last the rest of your pregnancy you should probably go up a size. Now that I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy I don't think it would cover my whole belly. I'm 5'2 and now 160pnds. I was probably 145 when I bought it
