When I opened the box for the first time 2 weeks after delivery, I found that the product came without a rivet. Since the other 5 rivets were still there, I took it to Hawaii anyway. When I lifted the bag at the airport to put it on the scale, one handle came loose and the other handle did the same when I picked it up from the baggage claim conveyor in Maui. I almost had to hug my bag to carry it for the full 2 weeks of my vacation. I also found that my allowable return window was closed when I got home. I've only used it once and am now considering just CHOOSING!
