***Update: I'm sorry to have to revise my original review. I ordered two jackets, blue and green, both size L. The blue one was too tight in the shoulder/back area, but otherwise loose. The green jacket is completely different. Her size is L rather than XXL. He was too big in all areas. So the bottom line is I unfortunately had to return both jackets and am completely confused as to how the seller determines the sizes. Otherwise, if the measurements were correct, both jackets would probably remain standing, as they are very well made. ************ This is a truly one of a kind coat. Well made, high quality material. Very warm, versatile, highly adjustable and very stylish. The hood is open, the fur is nice and covers the inside of the hood, many pockets. The sides can also be opened for a comfortable fit. The only thing to note is the top part, shoulders, back and upper arms are very narrow. So if you have big arms and shoulders, go up a size or two. I love this jacket but unfortunately I feel uncomfortable on my shoulders/arms :(
