Easily attaches to windshield, rotates and positions easily. The price is around $9 and it's worth every penny! I wanted to go into town for Christmas to visit my family. I ordered Cellet and received it the night before. The next morning I taped it to the windshield and angled it, put my phone on it and fell in love. Driving has become so easy because when I travel I turn on the GPS on my phone in case I get lost. LAUGH OUT LOUD! I'm a nervous driver and felt comfortable with the GPS on while driving. Cellet is great, I have a smartphone and it really made my trip free and hands-free! Love it /
