Ok this is too expensive for a 2011 product, no updates since 2011 WiFi comes and goes please I have 2 screens and 2 bluetooth headphones Bought and My main issue I expect from tech support is that if you plug in two headphones, one to each monitor, it works great until you mirror one monitor to the other so you can watch the same movie, one headphone doesn't work ! We tried everything so I'm not too happy and can return the hole. Update 12-21 after contacting tech support, here is what they told me. Dear customer, we are sorry that you can only use Bluetooth headset when using HDMI. This is to prevent the audio from being out of sync when playing the same movie on two monitors, resulting in audio only coming from that main monitor (HDMI OUT). If you click "check for updates" it will show you have the latest software installed 2011 10 inch dvd player with headphones with channels 1 and 2 with hdmi input for $257 for the whole set , and I will be using a firestick to access all other services.
